Interactive Exhibit Hall Map
Project Outcome: Designed and developed an interactive exhibit hall map and digital exhibitor profiles for The Piano Conference: NCKP 2025. The interactive map allowed attendees to easily hover over and explore each booth’s location and information. This digital solution increased visibility for exhibitors and helped them connect with conference attendees.

Desktop Interaction
On desktop, users can hover over booths to reveal exhibitor names and highlight specific locations within the floor plan. The interactive map was built using the WordPress plugin Interactive Image Map – Draw Attention, allowing precise booth mapping.
Color coding was intentionally applied across the map and accordion key to visually group exhibitor categories. This system improves scanability and helps attendees quickly identify relevant vendors.
Mobile-First Optimization
Because most attendees navigated the exhibit hall via mobile devices, the experience was optimized for touch interaction rather than hover states. An accordion-style map key allows users to match booth numbers with exhibitors and access digital profiles quickly while on the conference floor. The layout prioritizes readability, tap targets, and efficient scrolling.
Digital Exhibitor Profiles
Each booth links to a dedicated digital exhibitor profile containing company information and contact details. These profiles extended exhibitor visibility beyond the physical booth and created a centralized digital reference for attendees.
